For a drone light show to be performed safely, it is vital to secure the area under the drones and maintain a 50m safety buffer from the audience. The Secure Area does not have to be clear of trees, but the Show Area must be level and free of obstructions. The Christmas show requires a totally secure space of 170m x 130m.

• Deposit (20%): Non-refundable.
• Onsite Fee (20%): Refundable if we cancel due to weather prior to arriving on site. If we set up onsite, the fee is non-refundable.
• Final Payment (60%): Refundable if the show is cancelled due to unforeseen or unexpected conditions after setup.

Our drones are designed to fly in challenging conditions—up to 45 km/h winds and light rain, which is often enough to make guests uncomfortable outdoors.

We monitor the weather closely and will contact you a few days before the event if conditions look problematic. If we need to cancel before setting up, onsite fees are refundable.
