Once firmware is updated, each drone is calibrated.

This includes sensors like compasses, IMUs, and positioning systems — the components that allow each drone to understand where it is in space and how it should move.

Calibration might sound like a small step, but it has a big impact. A slightly misaligned sensor on one drone can cause it to drift, react differently, or fall out of formation.

Before any show, drones are tested in small, controlled batches.

Rather than sending the full fleet up immediately, we start with smaller groups to validate behaviour in real conditions. This allows us to:

With large fleets, maintenance isn’t something you can track in your head.

Every update, calibration, and test flight is logged and tracked.
