This video dates back to 2021, right at the beginning of FlightShows, and it represents something rather important to us.
By today’s standards, it’s a very simple drone show. But at the time, what we were achieving was extraordinary. Drone shows were still something genuinely new in the UK, and we were already experimenting with how they could become more than just pictures in the sky.
This was the beginning of Your Story in the Stars: the idea that a drone show could actually tell a story. Your story.
We’re incredibly proud of what we were creating then, and even prouder that the idea has stayed with us. The drones, technology and creative possibilities have moved on enormously since 2021. The stories we can tell today are bigger, richer and far more ambitious.
But the principle hasn’t changed.
We’re still here. We’re still telling stories in the stars. We’ve just got rather better at it.
