This show dates back to 2022, when drone shows were still a genuinely new sight in the UK. It may look small by today’s standards, but we were incredibly proud to be helping bring this new form of entertainment to events like Henley Festival, and we’re even prouder of how far we’ve taken it since.
FlightShows were delighted to be asked to help create a magical finale for each night of Henley Festival 2022. Working alongside Titanium Fireworks (who have provided incredible fireworks displays each year at Henley), an extra element of a drone light show was commissioned this year to add to the excitement!

To help celebrate 40 years of Henley Festival, a massive 40 was flying above the trees all week as part of the seven-minute drone and firework spectacular!
And in the spirit of the festival, the show included a bow tie and a champagne bottle! The title festival sponsor, Westcoast, also had their logo displayed proudly above Henley-on-Thames for all to see.
The display was after the Floating Stage act each night – with acts such as The Script, Craig David and Tom Jones entertaining the crowds before the drones and fireworks ended it in style!
